DPMM® Project manager

- The core target group is people who take on the role of project manager.
- No entry requirements for participants, but attendance of a DPMM® Foundation seminar is strongly recommended.
- 2-day seminar
- Builds on the DPMM® Foundation seminar.
- Practice-oriented deepening of the method.
- A practical example is used to run through the process of a project.
